The Field House Sports, Fitness & Aquatics Center at Hinkston Park has a lot to offer at a reasonable price. The fitness center has top-notch equipment and classes, the aquatics center has 23,000 square feet of space, there's a three story climbing wall, a six court hardwood gymnasium, and 1/7 of a mile indoor track.

The Waukegan Park District maintains state-of-the-art athletic fields in various parks. When space is available, athletic fields within the Waukegan Park District are available to rent to baseball, football, lacrosse, soccer and softball organizations for practices, games, tournaments, etc. There are sibling discounts available for programs including Summer Camps, SwimSmart, and Youth Programs such as Before and After School Experience (B.A.S.E.), We Have Off (W.H.O) and Holiday and Spring Break Adventures. Prendete Fitness Studio is a fitness center that combines fitness and nutrition to maximize the results, we offer a wide variety of fitness sessions from Yoga, Zumba and Extensive training like BootCamp training. Special Recreation Services of Northern Lake County (SRSNLC) is an intergovernmental cooperative entity that provides community recreation to persons with disabilities at the Waukegan Park District and the Zion Park District.
